Leah McKellop

NEW YORK CITY, United States

Leah grew up in a family that loved to see the world. Her travel bug hit early. Leah's grandfather was the editor to an internationally connected photography magazine, so as a young girl she loved to investigate the photographs and souvenirs filling her grandparents' home. The rice paper prints from China, swords from Japan, and stacks of photographs of Egypt and Greece all made Leah hungry to explore herself.

She is currently a student of Psychology and Studio Art at New York University. New York is a wonderful city for those of us who are intrigued by the myriad cultures and people of our world. But whenever she can, Leah takes advantage of any opportunity to live in another country, or at least to be a visitor for a while. She never fails to learn from these travels and hopes that this worldly education will continue on for a very long time.
